Cancellation/ No-Show / Late Policy
We do have a cancellation policy. We understand life happens and there may be times when appointments need to be moved or cancelled. Please allow time when possible to let our stylists know you can’t make your appointments. In some cases this may be waived by your stylists discretion. We look forward to seeing you and appreciate your business and support.
We appreciate notice before CANCELING or RESCHEDULING your appointment date. If you have to cancel/reschedule within 24hrs we may charge 50% fee equal to the amount of the appointment scheduled. In the instance of No Show you can be charged full price for the appointments scheduled.
